Established in 2013, Creating Retail Magic is a very different type of design consultancy. We employ Magical Elves, for example, to create our fabulous themed events and displays. We also use industrial quantities of eco-friendly sparkly dust that we scatter over everything.

Mags McAlpin is the principal consultant and driving force behind Creating Retail Magic. When not Elf-Wrangling (quite a safe practice and no Elves are ever harmed in the process), Mags is a professional business trainer, mentor and retail creative specialist with more than twenty-five years of experience in the commercial sector.
